How to submit a complaint

Response timelines
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a substantive response within 15 working days where reasonably possible.
Escalation process
If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation for internal review. We will reassess the issue and provide a final written response.
Data and confidentiality
Complaint records are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for resolution and compliance.
